Senior Product Manager, Security & Urban Operations

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery, prioritize needs, and define roadmap scope and acceptance criteria with engineering.
• Own the security and urban-operations customer journey and shape go-to-market positioning and sales-enablement materials.
• Use usage data and field feedback to improve the product and build solutions on the core platform that generalize across customers and sites.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping SaaS or software products end to end.
• Security or urban-operations industry experience, such as physical security, surveillance, or urban/facility operations.
• Strong customer discovery, scope ownership, and ability to lead technical discussions with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, including shaping go-to-market narratives and enabling sales teams.

Nice to have

• Robotics, autonomy, computer vision, or hardware experience.
• Familiarity with computer vision, edge inference, or real-time detection and alerting systems.
