Implementation Analyst

What you'll do

• Configure customer environments, including engagement templates, user roles, and permissions; translate requirements into system configurations.
• Execute data migrations and setup tasks, and perform quality checks to ensure configurations meet customer specifications.
• Support testing, issue resolution, go-live preparation, and customer communications alongside senior consultants.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar.
• Familiarity manipulating, transforming, and translating data between systems or formats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; analytical comfort with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
• Interest or prior experience in audit, risk advisory, or professional services; prior industry experience is helpful but not required.

Pay

$84K – $99K (base salary)
