What you'll do
- Plan and manage customer implementations, tracking progress and adjusting activities to meet customer goals.
- Build customer relationships and champions, and proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks.
- Document customer value and adoption progress; communicate customer needs to cross-functional teams to inform product and onboarding improvements.
