Senior Manager, Deployed Engineering

What you'll do

• Own technical delivery for major enterprise deployments from scoping through production, including regulated, single-tenant, and government-cloud environments.
• Build agents, integrations, and tools; write production code and advise senior customer stakeholders on AI agents.
• Hire and coach engineers, create repeatable deployment playbooks and metrics, and turn customer needs into reusable product features.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, deployment, solutions, or customer engineering.
• Recent production software development experience and willingness to continue hands-on coding.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and building a team at an early stage.
• Comfort with senior enterprise stakeholders in regulated or complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm; knowledge of audit, accounting, risk, or compliance.
• Experience deploying LLM or agent-based systems in production.
