Build and improve the infrastructure and backend systems powering Fieldguide’s long-horizon AI agents, with a focus on evaluation, reliability, and quality.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain agent knowledge and evaluation infrastructure, and develop agents for increasingly complex customer use cases.
- Analyze agent errors and implement quality improvements; build backend systems for agent execution, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Partner with senior engineers on the platform reliability and quality roadmap.
