About the job
Leads the design and evolution of Fieldguide’s foundational platform services, tooling, and standards so product and AI teams can build and ship capabilities reliably across deployment environments.
What you'll do
- Design core platform services, APIs, shared primitives, and platform architecture across SaaS, single-tenant enterprise, and government-cloud environments.
- Improve developer tooling, product velocity, system reliability, and consistency; establish service design, data modeling, and integration standards.
- Lead cross-team platform initiatives and mentor engineers.
