Advocates for Figma users across the DACH region by creating educational content, building community, supporting customers, presenting at events, and sharing user feedback with product teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to help customers use Figma in real product workflows; develop written, visual, and video resources.
- Build community relationships, identify collaboration opportunities, and present practical design insights at events.
- Monitor user feedback and design trends, and advocate internally for product decisions and improvements.

- Hands-on Figma expertise and experience embedding Figma in product teams, taking ideas from exploration to polished outcomes.
- Understanding of product design workflows, development environments, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping.
