Leads Figma’s internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure teams, setting strategy and growing the systems, tooling, governance, and practices that support coherent product design at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop designers across multiple workstreams.
- Set the vision and quality bar for design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and adoption.
- Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, execution, and organizational change.
