Leads the team building AI workflows, tools, and evaluation systems that help Figma’s Agents produce designs and code aligned with customers’ design systems.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of 6–8 engineers, providing coaching and technical leadership.
- Own design-system context and set strategy for adherence measurement, including datasets, evaluators, benchmarks, and regression checks.
- Build tools and dashboards to measure adherence and visual quality, latency, and cost; partner with Product, Design, and AI Research.
