Product Partner Manager, Scaled

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs and serve as their primary contact, connecting them with relevant Figma teams.
• Create repeatable program frameworks and partner resources, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that spotlight partners across the ecosystem.
• Measure partner engagement, satisfaction, and program health; improve processes and develop programs that support partner innovation.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience at a SaaS or technology company, including at least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to improve processes, build scalable systems, and balance business, partner, and customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting developer or technology partner ecosystems, such as app marketplaces, integrations, or API programs.
• Background or interest in design tools, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems; experience managing communications or enablement at scale.

Pay

$115,000 — $245,000 USD (base salary)
