Own complex order-to-cash operations, including contract review, order entry, invoicing, billing support, testing, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Process orders end to end, ensuring accuracy, SLA compliance, and policy compliance; review other analysts’ and BPO partners’ work.
- Support billing inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and perform UAT for new products, pricing, and billing system releases.
- Support period-end close, reconciliations, SOX controls, audit documentation, and order-to-cash improvement projects.
