Supports daily conference-room and presentation-space AV operations while providing Tier 1 IT support and account administration.
What you'll do
- Manage conference-room AV in a Zoom environment, including break/fix, user support, and training.
- Track customer issues through resolution and assist with onboarding, offboarding, imaging, inventory, and logistics.
- Support Google Workspace and Okta account administration and help document company IT standards and policies.
