Own end-to-end building operations for Figure’s São Paulo site, keeping it safe, functional, and ready to scale.
What you'll do
- Manage building services, including maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and workplace services.
- Oversee outsourced security and service vendors, including contracts, SLAs, scheduling, access, quality, and issue resolution.
- Lead site improvement projects and establish facilities processes, safety documentation, and operating routines.
