Build and lead the financial operations foundation for Figure’s São Paulo unit, partnering with local teams and U.S. stakeholders as the operation scales.
What you'll do
- Own the Brazil operations budget, monthly forecasts, and rolling forecasts; model headcount, vendor, and facilities costs.
- Track and report operating costs, identify savings, govern spending approvals, and maintain controls over payroll, accounts payable, and expenses.
- Support Brazil entity setup and regulatory compliance, and deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership.
