About the job
Own and engineer Figure’s company-wide endpoint, identity, and SaaS infrastructure, with a focus on automation and protecting intellectual property across offices, factories, partners, and field sites.
What you'll do
- Manage and secure macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu endpoint fleets, including enrollment, configuration, patching, monitoring, and recovery.
- Own Okta SSO and identity lifecycle automation, and build tools to automate SaaS operations and reduce manual IT work.
- Translate security and IP-protection requirements into technical controls, documentation, and operational processes.
What they ask for
- Production experience managing macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu LTS endpoint fleets.
- Experience with zero-touch enrollment and modern endpoint tooling, such as FleetDM or comparable osquery-based management, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience enforcing and validating security-benchmark configuration policies; strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM, plus experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira at scale.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers, or other high-IP-risk environments.
- Experience with EDR at fleet scale, SaaS API integrations, Linux engineering workloads, or employee-built AI applications.
Pay
$150,000 to $200,000 per year USD base salary
