Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs Figure’s humanoid robot fleet and mobile infrastructure at customer sites, while documenting issues and providing feedback to engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Travel to customer facilities, deployment zones, and trial sites to verify on-site use-case stability and support the robot fleet.
- Keep maintenance records, develop diagnostic tools and procedures, and share actionable feedback with development teams.
