Owns internal logistics at Figure’s São Paulo data operations facility, managing the receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of company equipment and materials while building scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Receive deliveries, verify them against orders and documentation, and resolve discrepancies; organize storage and manage internal distribution and returns.
- Maintain accurate records for receiving, storage, and distribution, and coordinate deliveries and facility access with carriers, suppliers, and facilities staff.
- Create and operate an internal logistics playbook with processes, controls, and layouts as operations scale.
