Owns the People function for a new São Paulo operation, covering recruiting, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Run high-volume recruiting operations and coordinate candidate experience, agencies, scheduling, and offers.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and CLT personnel administration with an external payroll/HR provider.
- Maintain employee records and labor-law compliance, support employees, and build People processes as the team grows.
