Leads day-to-day data-capture operations for an assigned shift, coordinating staff and stations to meet production, coverage, and quality targets.
What you'll do
- Sequence and distribute capture work among Data Creators and stations, adjusting as priorities change.
- Resolve operational issues in real time, maintain shift coverage, and escalate blockers beyond the shift.
- Document shift handoffs and report production, downtime, and recurring issues while ensuring SOP and safety compliance.
