Trains and coaches Filevine customers to adopt its software and AI capabilities, optimize legal workflows, and use automated tools confidently.
What you'll do
- Lead remote and in-person product training, onboarding, and coaching for legal professionals.
- Advise customers on workflow optimization and integrating AI features into daily work.
- Provide technical support and demonstrate AI innovations at customer offices and the annual LEX User Summit.
