Manage customer implementations of Filevine products, training firms to use and customize the platform and supporting adoption through reusable learning content.
What you'll do
- Maintain product knowledge, train customers, and manage implementation across customer accounts.
- Help connect data from other software to Filevine and collaborate with teams to improve customer learning and adoption.
- Create and update training materials and Filevine University content, and support other expert teams as needed.
