Owns full-cycle recruiting for Filevine’s R&D organization, sourcing and hiring technical talent across engineering and product roles.
What you'll do
- Manage technical recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance, including screening and offer discussions.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate timelines, and maintain a responsive candidate experience.
