Owns full-cycle recruiting for Filevine’s R&D organization, sourcing and hiring technical talent across engineering and product roles.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance, including candidate screening and offer discussions.
- Build proactive, diverse candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines.
- Maintain responsive candidate communication, feedback loops, and accurate ATS records.
