Owns full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Filevine’s R&D organization, from sourcing and screening through offers.
What you'll do
- Source, engage, screen, and hire technical candidates across Engineering and Product.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and manage hiring timelines.
- Maintain candidate communication and ATS records, and support offer and closing conversations.
