What you'll do
- Lead products end to end, from user research and concept exploration through development, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external providers to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver integrated experiences.
- Manage launch readiness and operations, and use metrics and feedback to improve product performance.

- Product management and/or business development experience with a track record of taking products from 0→1 or scaling early adoption toward broader market fit.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort moving fast, navigating ambiguity, and solving problems hands-on.
Nice to have
- Fintech or traditional financial services background, including familiarity with payment flows, FX, treasury operations, or compliance.
- Understanding of or interest in Web3; data analytics experience (SQL, Python); or early-stage startup experience.
