Leads and grows an engineering team building Finch’s API and data platform, coordinating delivery, technical quality, reliability, and team development.

- Lead, scale, mentor, and support an engineering team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Coordinate with Product and other partners on roadmaps, priorities, and delivery; oversee execution, speed, technical excellence, and reliability.
- Improve productivity and agile processes, and establish engineering standards, practices, and policies.
