About the job
Build and deploy customer-specific integrations and proofs of concept that bring Firecrawl into production, drive adoption and expansion, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.
What you'll do
- Diagnose customer extraction and pipeline issues, distinguishing usage problems, bugs, and product gaps.
- Build integrations and POCs using customer data, supporting customers from discovery through production.
- Partner with the Deployment team to drive adoption and expansion, and share field learnings with product and engineering.
