Own customer implementations from onboarding through production, building integrations and resolving technical issues to drive adoption and expansion.
What you'll do
- Scope and deliver customer integrations, taking customers from signed to production.
- Diagnose extraction and pipeline issues, distinguishing usage problems, bugs, and product gaps.
- Support adoption and expansion, and relay customer insights to product and engineering.
