About the job
Design and rapidly test performance-focused creative for paid social, using ad results and market insights to guide new variations.
What you'll do
- Create static, carousel, and short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram, and other paid social channels; rapidly produce variations.
- Review performance in Meta Ads Manager and use data, competitor activity, and trends to shape creative decisions.
- Partner with founders and the marketing/design team on messaging and testing; own execution and build reusable ad templates.
