What you'll do
- Set subcontract strategy, governance, policies, and performance metrics; build and lead the subcontracts organization.
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and sourcing decisions, structuring agreements to balance cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Oversee subcontract compliance, supplier relationships, lifecycle issues, and cross-functional coordination.
