About the job
Owns integrated, capacity-constrained schedules and hardware workflow for test stands, inspection labs, and other internal testing operations, coordinating across manufacturing and program teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain linked schedules, baselines, priorities, and capacity plans; analyze critical paths and schedule variance.
- Coordinate hardware readiness and work flow through testing, inspection, review, disposition, and release; address conflicts and risks.
- Update execution status in Odoo and scheduling systems, communicate risks and recovery plans, and use performance data to improve scheduling.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in production control, test scheduling, production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or a related field.
- Scheduling fundamentals and professional experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Deltek Open Plan, or comparable software.
- Experience with Odoo or another ERP, MRP, or MES system, and scheduling in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, or engineering test environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills; ability to work on-site and travel regularly between Cedar Park and Briggs.
