About the job
Leads Firefly’s unified warehouse, inventory, material movement, and logistics organization, overseeing inventory across manufacturing, line-side, and launch locations.
What you'll do
- Unify warehouse, material movement, and logistics operations under shared processes, metrics, and strategy; lead and develop a multi-shift team.
- Own inventory accuracy, material controls, warehouse expansion, transportation, trade-compliant shipping, budgets, and logistics cost reporting.
- Standardize warehouse operations and safety practices while supporting production, launch, customer deliveries, and continuous improvement.
