What you'll do
- Develop and implement export compliance processes, including export authorizations, classifications, licensing determinations, and foreign national reviews.
- Support trade-compliance due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Advise and collaborate with cross-functional teams on trade regulations and scalable compliance solutions.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of export compliance experience in aerospace, defense, satellite, or a related regulated industry.
- Hands-on ITAR/EAR experience, including USML/CCL classifications and export licensing.
- Experience managing Technical Assistance Agreements or similar export authorizations, and foreign national compliance.
- Proficiency with compliance tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, Visual Compliance, ACE, or similar; MS Office.
Nice to have
- Commercial space industry or space-related export-control experience.
- Active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance, or ability to obtain.
