About the job
Leads Firestorm’s business development, customer engagement, and capture efforts to grow its SOCOM and CENTCOM account portfolios and secure funded defense programs.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute account growth strategies; build customer and industry relationships across SOCOM and CENTCOM.
- Identify and capture opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts, and pursue traditional and non-traditional contracting pathways.
- Translate mission needs into briefs and proposals, build teaming arrangements, and report pipeline and competitive intelligence to leadership.

- U.S. citizenship required; active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with Combatant Commands, their components, stakeholders, and SOF/CENTCOM budget cycles.
- Experience taking opportunities from lead to funded contract, including non-traditional pathways; working knowledge of contested logistics, sUAS, autonomy, or adjacent capabilities.
Nice to have
- Prior service in SOF, Army Aviation, USMC, USAF, or Navy with operational time in the CENTCOM AOR; existing relationships with specified SOCOM or CENTCOM stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with sUAS or contested/expeditionary logistics; experience establishing a new account; MBA, M.S., or relevant graduate-level defense/policy education.
Pay
USD 160,000 – USD 190,000 base salary
