Leads Firestorm Labs’ quality strategy and organization, builds its quality management system, and guides AS9100 compliance and certification across products and sites.
What you'll do
- Set quality strategy; build and develop Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Inspection teams.
- Build and own the company-wide quality management system, achieve AS9100 compliance, and lead certification and other audits.
- Direct supplier quality, corrective action, quality-by-design, measurement systems, metrics, and continuous improvement.

$175,000 - $210,000 USD base salary
