About the job
Leads the engineering team building and operating Crucible, software that plans and executes production across Firestorm’s manufacturing network, including cloud, factory, and air-gapped deployments.
What you'll do
- Own team execution, technical quality, development practices, and delivery while contributing to design, code review, and production software.
- Drive roadmap execution and partner on Crucible’s architecture, interfaces, stack, and deployment model.
- Build integrations with production systems, work with factory and operations teams, and hire and develop engineers.

$188,000 – $220,000 USD (base salary)
