About the job
Develops and validates cable and harness manufacturing and test processes from prototype through production, including transferring processes to suppliers.
What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing processes, documentation, controls, tooling, fixtures, and non-RF electrical tests for cable and harness assemblies.
- Transfer processes to suppliers; lead qualification, first articles, audits, readiness reviews, and resolution of supplier issues.
- Improve production outcomes through capacity planning, DFM/DFT feedback, technician training, and root-cause corrective action.

- Experience transferring processes to external suppliers, or owning a product through a full production ramp.
- Active Secret clearance; RF cable assembly or test experience; or aerospace/UAV experience.
