Own customer deployments and strategic relationships for Fireworks AI’s inference platform, from scoping and onboarding through production adoption, renewals, and expansion.
What you'll do
- Scope deployment value, business cases, pilots, success criteria, and internal briefs with customers and Sales.
- Lead post-sale technical onboarding and adoption, advising on models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, optimization, and production issues.
- Manage account health, customer feedback, business reviews, renewal strategy, and expansion opportunities.
