Commercial Counsel will support Fireworks AI’s go-to-market organization by leading customer contracting and advising on marketing, vendor, and procurement matters.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and close customer contracts, NDAs, and related agreements; advise sales teams on deal structure and risk.
- Advise marketing on sponsorship agreements and go-to-market campaigns, and handle vendor and procurement agreements.
- Develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes.
