Serve as the legal advisor for employment and labor matters, partnering with HR and People Operations to support a rapidly scaling workforce and international expansion.
What you'll do
- Advise on employment and labor matters, including hiring, terminations, classifications, leaves, accommodations, investigations, and policies.
- Build scalable employment policies, templates, and processes; advise on employee equity and compensation.
- Support international expansion and compliance, manage employment disputes, and coordinate outside counsel.
