Own billing and receivables operations for usage-based customers, ensuring accurate usage-to-bill processing, collections, reconciliations, and controls.
What you'll do
- Manage billing setup and monitor usage capture, billing accuracy, exceptions, and customer disputes.
- Manage receivables, aging, collections, unapplied cash, and month-end billing and AR reconciliations.
- Execute SOX and O2C controls and develop monitoring and automation to scale billing operations.
