Leads the design and transformation of finance and infrastructure processes and controls, connecting AI usage and infrastructure costs to customer billing, supplier payments, accounting, and reporting while scaling automation.
What you'll do
- Build and standardize end-to-end AI infrastructure, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay processes, with clear ownership, controls, and governance.
- Lead AI-enabled automation of usage reconciliations, billing and invoice validation, exception detection, and other manual workflows.
- Build and lead the Process & Controls organization and partner across Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Data.
