Leads and develops a distributed Field Engineering team while personally driving complex customer evaluations and production adoption of Fireworks’ AI inference and fine-tuning platform.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage Field Engineers; allocate resources and improve engagement execution and outcomes.
- Lead high-stakes customer engagements from discovery through architecture, POCs, and production plans, while remaining hands-on with implementations and performance work.
- Build the Field Engineering playbook and relay customer and field insights to inform product and engineering improvements.
