Leads and develops software engineering teams while guiding technical strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for First Due’s platform.
What you'll do
- Coach and manage engineers, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
- Guide architecture and engineering practices, and coordinate planning and delivery with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Support production operations, incident response, and continuous improvement; apply AI software development practices to department SDLC goals.
