Owns end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase software implementation programs for large fire and EMS agencies, coordinating teams, stakeholders, integrations, data migration, and commercial scope.
What you'll do
- Manage enterprise programs from sales transition through configuration, integration, migration, training, go-live, and Customer Success transition; maintain plans, status, risks, and change control.
- Lead customer and executive engagement, stakeholder adoption, delivery governance, and recovery of at-risk programs.
- Use AI tools for routine delivery tasks and program analysis, validate outputs, manage contracted scope and fees, and surface product feedback.
