Owns high-volume, end-to-end software implementations for fire and EMS agencies, including project management, hands-on configuration, adoption, and transition to Customer Success.
What you'll do
- Manage concurrent implementations from sales handoff through configuration, go-live, and Customer Success transition, maintaining project plans and escalating at-risk engagements.
- Configure most purchased modules, translate agency requirements into working setups, and coordinate specialist work and CAD/dispatch integrations.
- Guide customer adoption and enablement, use AI tools for routine delivery tasks, and verify AI-assisted outputs and project data.
