Demonstrate First Due’s cloud-based fire and EMS software to public safety agencies, tailoring presentations to customer needs and supporting the sales process.
What you'll do
- Present product modules, prepare tailored demonstrations, and lead platform training sessions.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer needs, shape presentation strategy, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Answer product and technical questions, coordinate post-demo follow-ups, and contribute to RFP responses.
