What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to help patients resolve outstanding healthcare bills, including discussing payment arrangements within client guidelines.
- Update account histories and patient contact details across software systems while protecting confidential information.
- Work toward daily and monthly call and collection targets while following collection laws and company compliance requirements.
