About the job
Screens hospital patients for eligibility for State, County, and Federal assistance programs, helps them complete enrollment applications, and documents and follows up on their cases.
What you'll do
- Identify self-pay patients and conduct eligibility screenings in person, by phone, or during home visits.
- Assist patients with appropriate enrollment applications and explain Firstsource services and follow-up.
- Record screening results, maintain account logs and hospital tracking records, and communicate updates to client contacts and management.

Nice to have
