What you'll do
- Identify and screen self-pay patients for State, County, and/or Federal eligibility assistance programs, including bedside, ER, telephone, and home-visit screening as needed.
- Help patients complete enrollment applications and introduce them to Firstsource services and follow-up support.
- Record screening results and account information in hospital systems and tracking tools, provide updates to client contacts, and maintain relationships with hospital staff.
